Academic Resource Center

ABOUT Fenton’s ARC (Academic Resource Center)

Greetings from Mrs. Wright and Ms. Dantona, your librarians. The Academic Resource Center (ARC) is a learning hub where students and staff can access library services, diverse resources, and comfortable spaces for collaboration and independent work. For library services, instruction, or questions, feel free to contact Elizabeth Wright anytime at wright@fenton100.org

Hours of Operation
The ARC is open Tuesdays through Fridays from 7:00 AM to 4 PM and Mondays from 10:00 AM to 4 PM unless a special schedule applies. Students may use the ARC before and after school, during their lunch periods, when blending from a class, during study hall (with a Minga pass), and during a class period (with permission from their class teacher).

Bison Time
To attend a Bison Time Resource that meets in the ARC, students must have permission from their course teacher and fill out a Bison Time (BT) Request via Minga Flex Time. To visit the ARC briefly during BT (to print or check out a book), students must bring a pass from their BT teacher.

Expectations for Behavior
  1. Follow the school rules stated in the Fenton Handbook.
  2. As you enter the ARC, scan your ID into the Chromebook at the main ARC door. Please check to make sure your ID number was scanned correctly. If you visit the ARC during Bison Time, check in with a BT resource teacher.
  3. Respect others through your words and actions.
  4. Maintain an academic environment.
  5. Please refrain from eating and drinking (except water) in the ARC unless a staff member grants special permission.
