Enhancing Education: $27.3 million

  • Classroom renovations - 2nd Floor adjacent to STEM
  • Classroom renovations - 1st Floor adjacent to STEM
  • Classroom renovations - 1st Floor 200 Corridor
  • Culinary renovation
  • CTE renovations (entire existing area excluding art and auto)
 
 

Student Safety and Security: $8.7 million

  • Install sprinkler system and new water service for sprinkler
  • Replace fire alarm
  • Install security system
  • Ten Year Life Safety Survey, a + b items
 
 

Student Health and Wellness: $8.1 million

  • Locker Room renovations
  • Toilet Room renovations
 
 

Updating Infrastructure: $20.85 million

  • Classroom unit vents and fresh air unit replacement
  • Various roof-top HVAC unit replacement
  • Replace corridor ceilings
  • Replace domestic water mains
  • Re-Roofing Priorities
  • Selected resealing, re-pointing, and masonry repairs
  • IT Upgrades
  • Replace panel board bussing and breakers
 
 

Total: $64.95 million
