Fenton High School’s Online Registration

Annual school registration is required of all families. Fenton High School uses an online registration process directly through your PowerSchool Parent Portal account.

All students must be registered by Tuesday, August 2nd, 2022, to have an active course schedule for the 2022-2023 school year. Please consult the mailing you received the week of June 27th, as well as the information listed below on this page. If you did not receive a mailing, please contact the registrar’s office at (630) 860-4794.

Fenton’s registration portal opens July 5th, 2022, and is completed through your parent/guardian PowerSchool Account.

Returning Students

PowerSchool Parent Login

Returning parents can Click HERE or on the image above to log into your PowerSchool Parent Portal account. The username and email address associated with your account can be found on the cover letter of the registration packet. 

If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot Your Username or Password?" link at the bottom of the login screen and enter your username and email address. An email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. The email will contain instructions for resetting your password.

New Students

If you have an 8th grader that will be attending Fenton High School in the fall, you will need to create a PowerSchool Parent Account before completing the Registration Form. Please consult the mailing you received the week of June 27th for the information needed to create your account.
Click HERE to create your PowerSchool Parent Account using the Access ID and Password provided to you for your student.

To register, you will need to have an email address. If you do not have one, you can create one for free using Google Gmail, Outlook, or YahooBe sure to save your email address and all new passwords for continued access to your PowerSchool Parent Portal account.

Need In-Person Assistance?

Assistance with your PowerSchool account and the online registration portal is available via phone at (630) 766-2500, and in-person at Fenton High School on the following dates and at the times listed below. No appointment is necessary for walk-in registration assistance.
  • Tuesdays from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. – July 5, 12, 19

  • Tuesdays from 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. – July 26 and August 2

  • Thursdays from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. – July 7, 14, 21, 28

Transfer Students

Students must be enrolled at Fenton prior to registering for classes. If your student did not attend Fenton last year, and you did not receive a registration packet in the mail, please contact our registrar by July 15th.

Similarly, if your student is transferring out of Fenton, please contact our registrar by July 15th in order for paperwork to reach your new school on time.

Apply for Free or Reduced Price Meals

Meal Time login to apply for free or reduced price meals

Fenton is reminding its families to complete an annual application for free or reduced price meal services. Click here or find the “lunch application” button in the parent/student drop down menu on our website to access the Meal Time Application program.

Eligibility in the program also provides students with indirect benefits through other fee reductions or waivers, as well as Fenton receiving additional federal funding.

  • August 3, 2022 – Book, supply, and Chromebook pickup

  • August 10, 2022 – Freshmen Orientation

  • August 15, 2022 – 1st Day of School
