Fenton is Hosting a COVID Booster and Pediatrics Vaccination Event on January 8, 2022

A community-wide vaccination event is
scheduled to take place between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Saturday, January 8 here
at Fenton High School. Staff from Jewel-Osco Pharmacy will offer:
- The Pfizer COVID-19 booster for anyone 12 and older with two prior Pfizer shots at least 6 months ago
- Dose #1 of the COVID-19 pediatrics vaccine for children ages 5 to 11 years old
- The traditional flu shot for anyone who is interested
This is a collaborative effort between Fenton High School, the Village of Bensenville, City of Wood Dale, Bensenville School District 2, the Bensenville Park District, the Bensenville Community Library, Wood Dale School District 7, the Wood Dale Park District, and the Wood Dale Public Library.
Everyone in Bensenville and Wood Dale is welcome to sign up.
Fenton is a strong proponent of layered mitigation, which is the use of more than one safety precaution at the same time. Getting vaccinated (and boosted) is the most effective tool against COVID-19 and Fenton is committed to providing our students and families with opportunities to receive the vaccine.
Anyone interested in receiving a Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, Pfizer vaccine booster, or flu shot should click on the link below and submit the requested information so we can plan accordingly. Fenton will not be scheduling appointments. After submitting your information, interested families can arrive at their discretion any point in the time frame listed on the sign up form. Students under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent.
