If you are interested in enrolling in the Fenton High School Preschool Program or PUPS Infant/Toddler Program, please fill out the appropriate form below.
Enrollment is filled on a first come, first serve basis.
Preschool Program:
Children must be at least 3 years old by September. You may also be placed on a waiting list if future openings occur.

Preschool will be held Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 10:25am - 1:30pm
PUPS Infant/Toddler Room 2019-2020
PUPS will be offered on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:25 a.m.-11:50 a.m. Children in the Infant/Toddler room are between the ages of 6 weeks- 2 years old. Families may participate on one, two or three days. The non-refundable enrollment fee is $60.00 per day, per family. If you are interested in enrolling your child in the PUPS Program, please fill out this form.
Enrollment is filled on a first come, first serve basis. If registration is filled on your desired day, you will be placed on a waiting list if future openings occur.
