Fenton High School Fall conferences on Tuesday, October 14th, from 12:50 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to meet with their student’s teachers either virtually, by phone or GoogleMeet, or in-person for fall parent teacher conferences. This is a great opportunity to build a plan for success together and work collaboratively from a strong, joint foundation. 
 
Meetings via phone or virtually through GoogleMeet are available from 12:50 p.m. to 2:20 p.m. All meetings from 2:40 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. will be in-person and held in the Field House at Fenton.
 
 
Parent Teacher Conferences 2024
 
 
Fall Conferences are scheduled online through Google Calendar. Please refer to the student schedule we sent home to get Google Calendar links for each teacher or you can log into your parent portal through PowerSchool and find the links on the Teacher Comments page. Fenton mailed print letters to each family containing their specific Parent PowerSchool usernames to assist them in signing up for Parent Teacher Conferences.
 
If an appointment is not available for you during the time period you need, please reach out to your child’s teacher by email to arrange an alternative time to speak by phone or in person.
 
If you have difficulty with registration or if you do not have computer access, please contact Ilsa Trujillo in the Principal's Office by calling (630) 860-6251 or send an email to trujillo@fenton100.org and include the following information:
 
  • your name,
  • the student’s name,
  • what type of conference you would like - phone, virtual, in person
  • the time you would like to begin your conferences, and
  • a phone number where you can be reached.
 
You will receive a return phone call or email from Mrs. Trujillo confirming your schedule has been created.

We also have other resources available to parents while you're in our building. Before your conference, in between conferences, or before you go home, please consider visiting our Financial Aid FAFSA Workshop anytime between 4 and 6 p.m. in the Community Room.

Picture Day is October 16

Student portraits for freshmen, sophomores, and juniors are scheduled for Thursday, October 16. These photos are taken during all PE classes and involve only one quick pose. Students who have PE during Zero Hour can ask for a pass during their lunch period.
 
The photos will be available for purchase at www.lifetouch.com/ or by pre-ordering with an informational flier that was distributed during Bison Time on Thursday, October 2. To order on the Lifetouch website, use the event code EVTBVQFFB.

Otherwise, these photos go into the Highlights Yearbook and are used by Fenton during various recognition programs or scholarship applications.
 
Photographers will be back on November 14 for picture retakes and for those who were absent during the first picture day.
 
Senior portraits are separate.
 

Last Call for Yearbook Senior Portraits is October 17

The last call, yearbook-only photo date is October 17 during the school day. Seniors can go to Room 304 during Bison Time or their lunch periods. These will be quick one-pose photos used for the senior section of the Highlights Yearbook.
