Fenton High School is excited to begin the 2025-2026 school year! We are also excited to welcome our students, families, and staff into our newly opened STEM Wing.
All students must be registered by August 14, 2025, to have an active course schedule for the 2025-2026 school year. Visit the Registration Webpage to learn more.
Below are some important Back to School dates for Fenton Families to remember:

Textbook Pickup is from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, August 13

Fall Sports Parent Meeting, 6 p.m. on Friday, August 15

Bison Sneak Peek family event is on Monday, August 18 from 5 to 7 p.m.

Freshmen Orientation on Tuesday, August 19 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

First Day of Student Attendance is on Monday, August 25 (see more details below)

Senior Portraits Retake / Make Up are Thursday, September 4 and Friday, September 5 after school in the Community Room

Homecoming is the week of September 8

Curriculum Night (Open House) on Thursday, September 18 from 6:30 to 9 p.m.
Please note, Fenton does not have a standard supplies list. Students will receive their student handbook, PE uniform, locks for lockers, a Chromebook, and various textbooks during our textbook pickup on August 13. After that, each individual teacher will outline any other class-specific supplies
First Day of School
Fenton's first day of school on Monday, August 25 will be a little unusual. Freshmen will start the day at 8 a.m. by themselves, following a shortened schedule to visit all of their classes in a more introductory manner.
Sophomore, juniors, and seniors will arrive later and join the freshmen and all students will then follow a 10 a.m. Late Start schedule.
Transportation will be provided to eligible students. Watch your mailboxes for a bus schedule.
Students can review their class schedule and bus route number by logging into PowerSchool.
Start of Athletic Seasons
The 2025 fall sports season is rapidly approaching. Practice begins on Monday, August 11th for all fall sports. Registration for all sports will now be online with school registration. All forms will be available on the Snap Mange (8to18) website, on the Athletics webpage, or in the Athletic Office if needed.
A Fall Sports Parent Meeting will take place at 6 p.m. on Friday, August 15 in the Auditorium.
No equipment will be issued until you are cleared by the athletic office. Please find listed in this brochure, the requirements for participation as well as the starting times for all of our fall sports. If you have additional questions, call the Athletic Department at 630.860.6261.
