Ballot Question
To achieve the improvements desired by our community, the District 100 school board voted unanimously to place the following referendum on the ballot in the upcoming June 28 Primary Election:

"Shall the Board of Education of Fenton Community High School District Number 100, DuPage County, Illinois, improve the site of and renovate, alter, repair and equip the Fenton High School Building, including installing school safety and emergency response systems and equipment, repairing and replacing ventilation, plumbing and electrical infrastructure, increasing classroom capacity, improving classroom lighting and technology, renovating programming and career learning spaces, mitigating indoor flooding with drainage improvements, increasing accessibility with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance measures and issue bonds of said School District to the amount of $129,700,000 for the purpose of paying the costs thereof?”

Voter Qualifications
  • A U.S. citizen
  • Individuals who are 17 years old can vote in the June 28 primary election if they will be 18 by the November 8 general election.
  • A resident of your precinct at least 30 days prior to Election Day

Ways to Register
  • You may register to vote online through the Illinois State Board of Elections website.
  • Fenton students may register with assistance from the Elmhurst League of Women Voters in Room 302 during their lunch periods or with a pass from a teacher at any point on Friday, April 22.
  • Community members may register with assistance from the Elmhurst League of Women Voters during Fenton's Cinco de Mayo Kermes between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 7 in the Fenton stadium.

Ways to Vote
  • Vote By Mail: You may now request a vote-by-mail application by clicking HERE.
  • In-Person Early Voting: June 13-27. Click HERE for early voting locations.
  • In-Person Election Day: June 28. Click HERE to find your polling place location.
  • Fenton will be a voting location on June 28. DuPage County is deploying new technology that allows polling places to print a voter’s ballot no matter where in DuPage County they live. Click here to read more about this new voting technology. If you are more comfortable at Fenton or our school is more convenient to your commute and other activities, then feel free to vote in our fieldhouse any time between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. on June 28.
