Student Career / Job Fair

Career Fair WordleThe Career/Job Fair is being held in the commons/cafeteria tomorrow for students during lunch periods. Stop by and visit with some of the 40 local businesses to learn more about Volunteer Opportunities, Job Opportunities, Internships, Seasonal Employment, and Careers. Find out more about careers in graphics, automotive, government, finance, military options and more. Visit this document to view information about the companies who will be at the Career Fair.

Many will be looking for summer help, some will have internships available, others will share information about careers in specific fields.

Registration for AP Exams Now through March 1.

Cost is $94 per AP Exam ($15 per AP Exam for students who qualify for the free or reduced lunch program and verification is required) Online Registration with Payment Option: Credit/Debit Card: Please visit www.TotalRegistration.net/AP/140290 or click on the AP link through the counseling department homepage to register and pay for all exams.


Parent Teacher Conferences - February 28 - Have you signed up?

Parent Teacher Conference are scheduled online through the PowerPTC portal. Login information has been provided in email and USPS mail. PowerPTC is available to parents in English or Spanish. If you have difficulty with registration or if you do not have computer access, please contact Ilsa Trujillo by phone (630) 860-6251 or by email trujillo@fenton100.org and with detailed  information that includes your name, the student’s name, the time you would like to begin your conferences, and a phone number where you can be reached. You will receive a return phone call confirming your schedule has been created. No appointments will be accepted after 3 PM on Monday, February 25th. Hot dogs and popcorn will be provided during conferences.

If you do not schedule on-line appointments, you may still come to conferences and sign up based on teacher availability. Copies of your student’s schedule will be available you arrive.


​​​​​​​Bison Cultural Connection

Don’t let students forget that academic tutoring is available on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday after school through our new BCC program.

On Thursdays, we will also have Art Therapy after school. Art therapy is way to work with your hands through art and talk through various social and emotional topics. Snacks will be provided and bus transportation will be available at 4:30.  

On Saturday there will be a Men's (boys') group from 9 am-11 am. This group will talk about healthy relationships, media stereotypes, financial security, and other topics of interest to the students.  There will also be a Culinary session from 12pm to 2pm. Students will need to provide their own transportation to participate in these Saturday programs.

Road to State still going!!!

Swim and Dive

On Saturday, the Boys Swim and Dive Team took 5th Place at their Glenbrook Sectionals Meet competing against 12 other teams. The 200 Yard Medley Relay of Nik Fischer, Conrad Oberski, Matt Janovsky and Lucas Feddersen qualified for State in school record time. Nik Fischer likewise qualified for State in the 100 Yard Backstroke. As our Fenton Swim Team completes their fine season say Hello to them, Congratulations and Good Luck at the State Meet!  Go Bison!

Boys Basketball Regionals

Fenton Boys Basketball will play at York High School on Monday, February 25 at 7pm vs Chicago (Prosser) in the Regional Quarterfinal. The winner will move on to Game 2 which will be against York on Tuesday, Feb. 26 at 7pm. Let’s Go Bison!

Boys Basketball recognized Mr. Mike Ventura for all he does for the team and the school at the Tuesday, February 19th home game.
