Good Morning everyone!  For the next two days I need to combine some routes as we are missing drivers.  Route 11 & 1 will be riding together, please send route 11 students up to space 1.  We are continuing with Route 6 & 2 and they are meeting at space 2

Girls Varsity Basketball

Congratulations to the varsity girls basketball team on being ranked #15 in the state for Class 3A. The girls are currently 7-0 and won the championship at the 45th Annual Galaxy Thanksgiving Tournament at Rich Township High School. Keep it going girls!

Ladies Bowling Team

Congratulations to our Ladies Bowling Team as they went 3-0 this week with wins over Hinsdale South, East Aurora and Streamwood. Outstanding start to the season!

Community Service

Fenton's next Food For Families drive-thru pickup is scheduled for after school Tuesday, December 7 and student volunteers are needed. Please consider helping your neighbors

by packing food into boxes outside of the Fenton auditorium immediately after school on Tuesday 12/7/21 from 3:15 until about 5 p.m. Sign up at the Community Service Bulletin Board or contact Mr. Kambic at [email protected]  for more information. Community Service hours will be awarded to all volunteers.


Attention seniors, Fenton is hosting senior portraits in the Family and Consumer Science hallway from 2:30 to 8 p.m. on Monday, December 6, Tuesday, December 7, Wednesday, December 8, and Thursday, December 9. Students can schedule an appointment and view their photos at . Students who don't plan to buy pictures can still stop by for a free yearbook photo. Time slots between 2:30 and 3:15 p.m. are only for seniors who have early release privileges. If you have any questions, contact Mr. Kambick at [email protected]

Career Exploration Program

Fenton is implementing a new Career Exploration program. We now have access to YouScience, a program that will provide an aptitude + interest inventory to help guide you towards future career possibilities.  You will start this process in your chemistry and biology courses on November 22nd.  You are expected to complete it before you register for your classes this year.  If you don’t have a final exam you can complete it during that class period.  Please come with a fully charged chromebook during that week.


Please return any unused novels or textbooks that you are not using at this time to the bookstore.  We will need the books to turn over to other students next semester.  If you are using them, by all means keep them.  [email protected]

Spirit Week

Next week is our Holiday Spirit Week! Be sure to join in each day to get into the holiday spirit.  The Student Council will be sponsoring games and treats throughout the week—and be sure to catch the Movie Club’s showing of The Polar Express on Wednesday after school.

Monday - Merry Monday Morning-wake up and come in your pajamas.

Tuesday - Comfy and Cozy in Flannel-wear your favorite flannel.

Wednesday  -Winter Wonderland Wednesday-bundle up with your hat and scarf.

Thursday - Candy Cane Lane-wear red or white (or both).

Friday - Festive Friday-wear your ugliest holiday sweater.

Musical Information

Do you like to Act? Sing? Dance? Get information about this year's musical comedy, "Urinetown! The Musical" by joining the "Urinetown" Google Classroom with the code by654ds or by scanning the QRCode on posters in the hallway. There is a role for you in "Urinetown" no matter how well you think you sing or dance, it's a fun show (it has to be with a name like that) with a lot of opportunities for anyone who wants to be involved. Hour of Code

Hour of Code will be starting before school on Monday, Dec. 6th and during all lunches Tuesday through Friday (Dec 7-10). We will end with a pizza and gaming party on Friday! Renegades Hockey

Looking for something fun to do this weekend? Come on out and cheer on the Renegades Hockey team. Who are the Renegades? The Renegades are a high school hockey team consisting of players from a couple of high schools including Fenton. Please come out and support your fellow classmates as they try to extend their winning streak. Game is this Sunday, December 5th at Addison Ice Arena, 475 S Grace Street in Addison. Game time is 6:40pm. Go Renegades!
