For Alumni:

Requests are accepted by phone or through email. At this time, we are unable to email transcripts.  The following information is REQUIRED when requesting a transcript or verification of graduation:

1. Name
2. Name when attending Fenton High School
3. Date of birth
4. Year of Graduation
5. Telephone number

For College and University Personnel or Graduation Verifications:

Please mail or fax a request with a copy of the applicant’s signed authorization. Please include the following information:

1. Name of student when attending Fenton High School
2. Date of Birth
3. Year of Graduation
