Strength & Conditioning


The emphasis in this course is on weight training, including free weights and weight machines, as well as some cardio respiratory training such as jogging, steppers and jump rope. Flexibility training is also included. Strength training tests will be administered to properly calculate a safe weight to begin their strength training. All male and female athletes are encouraged to
participate in this course.

Levels: 11, 12

Semesters: 1 or 2

Credits: 1 or 2
