Auditions for the fall play are held in early September either during 6th and 7th hours or after school. Rehearsals last about six weeks from 3:30 - 6:00p.m. Monday through Friday. Public performances are given in October. The Spring Musical is an activity for those students who enjoy singing, acting and dancing. Auditions are held in February, but rehearsals do not begin until mid-March. Students meet every day after school from 3:30 - 6:00p.m. Previous experience or enrollment in music or acting classes is not necessary. Public performances are given in early May. Much effort goes into creating the lighting costumes and special effects used in both the Fall Play and the Spring Musical. Creative students are needed for every performance. Students are also needed at every performance to usher and distribute programs.
