CHESS CLUB/TEAM

 

CHESS CLUB:

This organization is for students interested in playing chess. Players at all levels are welcome - whether you want to learn how to play or would like to sharpen your skills. The chess club will meet weekly before school.

CHESS TEAM:

In its inaugural season, this team is for chess players that want to compete against teams from other schools. The season is from October until February, and consists of matches, school tournaments, and a state tournament. Players on the Chess Team participate in Chess Club weekly before school, but will also have additional practice times before or after school.
