Taking Pictures

We can take pictures for a class or school project during the school day.

1. E-mail Minli to setup a time

2. Send students to the AV Department with a pass.

3. Indicate how you want your picture to come back. (Printed out, saved to your "H" drive, e-mailed to you etc.)

TV Program Recording

We can record cable channel TV shows for teachers to use for a classroom project.

1. E-mail Minli or Nancy about the movie title, time and channel (if you know it) or you can go to the AV Department to fill out the TV recording sign up sheet.

2. Pick up your recording in the AV Department the day after it is due to air.

Copy Videos

We can copy the videos from VHS tape to VHS tape, or from DVD to VHS tape.

1. Bring your master VHS tape or DVD to the AV Department and fill out our sign up sheet.

2. Pick up your copy in the AV Department. (in the appropriate department box in AV office.)

3. Copyright laws will be followed.

Equipment Use

E-mail Minli a day ahead to schedule set up for classroom use, or come to the AV Department to fill out the sign up sheet.

Duplicating and Laminating

These services are available. Any students needing classroom must have a pass from a teacher indicating teacher's approval.
