Emergency School Closing

During the winter season it is sometimes necessary to close schools due to extreme weather conditions. A system is in place that will call each household with a pre-recorded message should the school close. Just in case the system is unable to reach someone by phone. Announcements will, also, be made over the following television and radio stations:

Because of the large number of students serviced by District 100, the District asks that parents and students DO NOT call the school for information.

School Closings are, also, posted on the Emergency Closing Center website. Go to www.emergencyclosings.com to search for Fenton HS by name and city or by phone number. One can, also, sign up for personalized e-mail notification of a Fenton High School closing at the Emergency Closing Center website.
